WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?Bootcamp Portugal is a fun, high intensity, outdoors military style fitness program. It is a challenging and motivating program that will take your results to the next level. It can be a good kick-start to achieving a healthier life style. The groups are mixed, which means that men and women of all ages train together. All our instructors come from the Portuguese armed forcers. They are professional fitness instructors with years of experience of working in the navy, air force and infantry. They will get you out of your comfort zone and show you your own strength.
Our training programs:We have several fitness packages to offer, depending on you schedule and availability. Our most popular package is a Bootcamp Complete Session, which is a 2-months session where you can train up to 5 times a week. We guarantee that if you stick to the programme and don't miss a class, you will notice a significant improvement in your fitness level already after a two-months session. But remember, getting fit is one thing, but staying fit is a life long affair. That's why we run Bootcamp continuously all year round. Once the session is over, the next one starts right after!
